Kenneth Nguyen was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where he has lived his entire life. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, graduating with a double major in Finance and Marketing, with a specialization in Risk Management. He then earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

Kenneth began his legal career in family law, serving as a court-appointed attorney and representative for vulnerable clients in Harris County and Brazoria County. These early experiences strengthened his commitment to advocacy and laid the foundation for his client-focused approach.

Before joining the litigation team at Nguyen & Associates, Kenneth tried complex cases across Texas involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, and commercial motor vehicle collisions. He gained extensive experience representing major insurance carriers, national corporations, and some of the largest trucking companies in the United States. He served on a fast-response legal team that provided early risk management assessments following high-stakes collisions. This diverse background equips him with valuable insight into defense strategies and effective case preparation.

Today, Kenneth applies this expertise to advocate for injured individuals and families, fighting to secure the justice and compensation they deserve. He is licensed to practice in both Texas state and federal courts.

Outside the courtroom, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
